The heated main pool was a pleasant surprise for our family.

We faced several irritating issues . The tech amenities in the suite, such as the smart bidet and motorised curtains, were unreliable and created unnecessary frustration. We were disappointed to find a broken bench and a smashed glass water bottle that had clearly been missed by housekeeping, indicating a lack of attention to detail. While the room was spacious, the ongoing maintenance problems detracted significantly from our experience.

Well, my experience was almost good, but then I discovered the room's AC was inadequate and the pool had little sun-definitly not my idea of luxury. I woudl ve been happy with a simple room upgrade, but apparently, that's reserved for the more fortunate. Perhaps they should pay more attention to their amenities, too?

Super spacious room and perfect for the kiddos! Breakfast was quite nice with fruits and pancakes, but could do with a few more veggie options. Close to Kamala beach, easy stroll!

A bit of a missed call on the early check-in. We had to wait longer than expected. Pretty annoying.

Nice space but not much around

The room was huge, like a little apartment with clean vibes. Breakfast was on point, loved the in-room options. Staff were super friendly, always trying to help. The beach is close, but it was tough to grab a taxi when we wanted to explore. Just felt kinda isolated outside, ya know?
